- Monitor, control, and review all activities provided by HR services (Industrial Relation, Recruitment and Selection, System and Procedure, Manpower Planning, and other administrative function) with the objective of ensuring HR policies implemented align with corporate goals and policies.
- Should hold degree in Human Resources Management or other equivalent, min. 5 years experience with related role ; in depth knowledge of Labor law and government regulation ; fluent in English and computer literate.
