Low-Rise/Township Division of Agung Sedayu Group, opening new job challenge as :

"Civil / Structure Finishing Inspector"

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing consultant's concepts design.
• Supervising and reporting project's progress continually based on project's time-table.
• Organizing all working process with related project depatment.
• To conduct contractors to make planning project development.
• To guide and evaluating subordinate performance to maintain project development.
• Identifying and reporting project's progress to Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least STM or Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) from reputable universities.
• Age between 25 to 35 years old
• At least 5 years of working experiences as Civil Inspector in Developer Company or Consultant, especially in High-Rise project with min. 20 storeys.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Job role in Project Management or Quality Control/Assurance.
