Responsibilities :
- Create PO for incoming request
- Compiling all PO received to database (PO filing)
- Contact supplier to ensure requested goods will be proceeded in timely manner
- Minimum diploma degree in any major
- Having 1-2 years experience in procurement area
- Computer literate (Ms.Office esp. MS.Excel)
- English proficiency (both oral and written)
- Proactive, independent, and possess sense of urgency
- Be able to work multi-tasking and in tight deadline
