"Training Analyst (TA)"

Responsibilities :

• Responsibility for creating training modules
• Able as an trainer for training which conduct of module training for internal process
• Responsible for coordinating of Management Trainee Program (MDP)

Requirements :

• Male, 28 -35 Years Old
• Minimum Bachelor degree (Management & Psychology preferably)
• Experience min. 5 years old in same position
• Excellency in conduct of Training
• Able to work under pressure
• Initiative & creative, good analytical, Good interpersonal, service oriented attitude, fast & self learner, self motivated, high integrity
