Responsibilities :
  • Handling Medical Adm. (on time & Accurate)
  • Handling Health Insurance Adm.
  • Distribution & Adm. Card Jamsostek & Health Insurance
  • Distribute Of Payroll slip
  • Handling Report Employee All Centre
  • Handling Salary (On Time & Accurate)
  • Calculation & Reporting Employee Tax Income
  • Provide Voucher For Travelling, Salary, Petty Cash
  • Print Report salary & bonuses
  • Handling Petty Cash
  • Conduct Other Personell Administration
Skills :
  • Good communication; written & verbal
  • Familiar With  FOXPRO
  • Hands on MS Office Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Familiar with using data base management
Knowledge:
  • The RI Act  & Government Regulations of Employees’ Social Security (Jamsostek)
  • The RI Act & Government Regulations of Employees’ Income Tax
  • HR Management, especially compensation & benefits
