"Application Engineer"
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide application support for Copeland and Flow Controls products to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration customers in Taiwan
- Help Taiwanese customers with transition to new refrigerants and higher efficiency systems
- Coordinate with colleagues in China who work with Taiwanese owned plants
- Handle all customer technical queries relating to line rejects and field rejects
- Visit customer sites to diagnose problems
- Conduct technical seminars for refrigeration and Air Conditioning customers
Desired Candidates Qualifications :
- University graduate with major in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- 3 to 5 years working experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration field, preferably with a manufacturer or contractor
- Good technical knowledge of compressors, system design and trouble shooting
- Sound electrical knowledge and hands on experience desirable
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Good PC skills
- Able to work independently
- Location – Jakarta

- Prepares and completes tax returns and reports and other tax liabilities and customs. Responsible for meeting all required deadlines. Maintains current knowledge of all tax and customs laws and regulations affecting the company. Provides proposals for tax implications and recommends actions that meet the business plans while managing the tax liability. Assists in tax and customs audits.
- Manage the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems; journal entries, general ledgers, in accordance with GAAP policies, and procedures.
- Develops and implements systems to compile information for various government requirements (Tax and Customs, LKPM reports to BKPM, etc). Ensures timely and accurate filing of tax returns and customs reporting. Recommends ways to minimize corporate tax through use of tax laws and regulations. May administer international tax laws and regulations.
- Provides reports to various government agencies (Taxation reports/filling, Customs reporting requirements, Bank Indonesia reports, BKPM reports).
- Conduct tax and customs research.
- Prepare and analyze tax and customs reports
- Participates in annual audits and special projects. May work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Tax Accounting (preferable certified / registered accountant)
- 5 (five) years working experience in Manufacturing Industries
- Proficient in English both oral & written
- Excellent analytical and previous experience in using MfgPro is preferred.
- Ability to maintain Confidentiality
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressured
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Problem solving skill
